If you run a business on the platform

Email antwisam80@yahoo.com from the email address registered to your account, with the subject “Data deletion request”. We will confirm the request with you, then delete your business’s data — customer records, conversations, orders, payment records and uploaded files — within 30 days, except records we are legally required to keep (for example, financial records retained for tax purposes). Disconnecting your WhatsApp Business Account and payment provider also stops all further processing immediately.

If you are a customer of a business

The business you message on WhatsApp controls its customer records; we process them on the business’s behalf. Contact the business directly — for example, in the same WhatsApp conversation — and ask them to remove your details. If you need our help reaching a business, email the address above and we will assist.

What deletion covers

Deletion removes the data from the live platform and, on the normal backup cycle, from backups. Details of what we store and the processors we use are in the Privacy Policy.
