Terms of Service
Kaygia · operated by MTD LANDLORD SERVICES LTD (United Kingdom) · last updated 9 September 2026
The service
Kaygiahelps businesses manage customer conversations, orders, payments and deliveries on WhatsApp. It is currently operated as a pilot, and features may change as the pilot develops. These terms are an agreement between the business using the platform (“you”) and MTD Landlord Services Ltd (“we”).
Your accounts stay yours
You connect your own WhatsApp Business Account and your own payment provider account (such as Paystack) to the platform. They remain yours: we act only on the access you grant, you can revoke that access at any time, and customer payments settle to your own account. We never hold your funds.
Your responsibilities
- Use the platform lawfully, including WhatsApp’s business messaging policies and the rules of your payment provider.
- Keep the information you approve for the AI assistant accurate — it answers your customers based on what you provide.
- Keep your sign-in credentials secure and your staff accounts up to date.
- Honour the orders and prices you confirm to customers; the platform records them but the trade is yours.
The AI assistant
The assistant replies to your customers using only the information you approve. It cannot verify payments, set or change prices, or approve discounts or refunds — those actions always require a person on your team. You control whether the assistant is on, and it hands the conversation to your team when a person is needed.
Data
How we handle data is described in the Privacy Policy. Your business’s data is isolated from other businesses on the platform, and you can request deletion as described on the data deletion page.
Service and liability
We work to keep the platform available and your data safe, but the service is provided “as is” during the pilot, without warranties of uninterrupted availability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you have paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Ending use
You can stop using the platform at any time and disconnect your WhatsApp and payment accounts. We may suspend or end access for unlawful use or breach of these terms. On request after ending use, we delete your business’s data as described on the data deletion page.
Law and contact
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Questions: antwisam80@yahoo.com.
